1. Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, our Resident Services team is available Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. for maintenance requests. The phone number is 410-628-7700. Non-emergency maintenance requests can also be submitted through the Resident Portal. Call 410-769-7600 for emergency service after hours and weekends.
2. An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
Call Resident Services at 410-628-7700 or place a non-emergency service request through the online Resident Portal.
3. What happens if I am locked out?
Maintenance will be available for lockouts Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. There will be no fee associated with this service. There will be a fee on Saturday, Sunday and legal holidays, a $35.00 charge will be added to your account. If the lockout occurs after 8:00 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m., the resident will need to call a locksmith and be responsible for the fees charged by the locksmith. If the locksmith changes the locks, the resident will need to supply the maintenance department with a key.
4. What if I have questions about my rent, to see current balance, etc.?

Amenities
1. Is your community pet friendly?
We welcome two cats at all communities. Up to one dog and one cat are accepted at select communities (see our Pets page).
2. What appliances are standard?
Refrigerator, gas or electric stove, dishwasher (excluding studio apartments), garbage disposal

1. How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $25 per person. Payable by check, money order, Visa, Mastercard or Discover. No cash accepted.
2. What are my options for paying my rent?
We have several options for paying your rent including online, mail, direct debit, phone, drop box and payment centers.
3. When is my rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
4. How do I set up my utilities?
Call BGE at (800) 685-0123 (7) to (10) days before your move-in date. Contact Comcast 1-800-934-6489 for Cable TV, High Speed Internet and/or Telephone Service.
5. Which utilities would I pay?
You would be responsible for gas and electric. Unlike many of our competitors, there is no additional charge for water.
